Internships - Stephen Gosnell
Discover Life in America has been fortunate to have
the help of several excellent student interns over the last few years. During the summer
of 2005, Stephen Gosnell, a biology major at Clemson University, worked on a wide variety of
ATBI projects. Stephen’s field work included participation in the Beetle Blitz, collecting
aquatic insects such as caddisflies, damselflies, and dragonflies, and assisting ATBI scientists
Chuck Parker, Roger and Aline Dajoz, and Tommy and Sue Allen. He also presented
educational programs for young people, sorted insects, and entered data into the ATBI
database. Photos by Charles Wilder. |
