Volunteer

The All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory (ATBI) depends on the efforts of a wide variety of volunteers who donate their time and expertise. "Citizen scientists" of all ages enjoy opportunities to learn, explore, make friends, and contribute to a unique and worthwhile endeavor.

Opportunities

  • Their are many varied opportunities for volunteers to assist in the ATBI including science/taxonomy, photography/art, education/outreach, and host/hospitality.

Science Methods

  • Conduct research using a wide variety of field methods.
  • “Pilot Study” established 19 plots one hectare in size.

Register

  • Please register to become an ATBI volunteer.  It only takes a few minutes and it lets us know a little bit about who you are and how you would like to help.  You will also receive e-mail updates on the ATBI and notification of special events.
